§ 72.020 APPLICABILITY TO VEHICLES UPON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS; EXCEPTIONS.

   The provisions of this subchapter relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon streets and highways except:

   (A)   Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section; and

   (B)   The provisions of §§ 70.15 through 70.23, 72.040 through 72.046, 72.060 through 72.062, 72.075 through 72.081, 72.095 through 72.106, 72.120 through 72.129, 72.140 through 71.144 and 72.155 through 72.167 shall apply upon streets and highways.
