§ 72.002 VEHICLES ON SIDEWALKS; AT GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS.
   (A)   All persons driving motor vehicles over any gasoline service station driveway across any sidewalk shall use extraordinary care and caution to prevent injury to pedestrians on the sidewalks.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any motor vehicle from one street to another across the sidewalks at any corner gasoline service station or garage unless entering for or leaving after the transaction of business thereat or unless the vehicle shall be stopped on such premises after entering from one street and before leaving over the sidewalk of another street.
