§ 71.08 RESPONSIBILITY OF REGISTERED OWNER.
   No person shall allow any vehicle registered in his or her name to stand or be parked in any street, alley or public place in the city in violation of any of the laws or ordinances of the city regulating the standing or parking of vehicles.
