§ 71.07 CLEARING OF STREETS AND PARKING AREAS.
   (A)   The Mayor may require that parking sections on any of the streets of the city may be cleared temporarily for the purpose of cleaning or any other public purpose, and may cause notices to be given by posting, by barriers or otherwise; and any person neglecting or refusing to move his or her vehicle as required by such notice shall be guilty of an offense under this chapter, subject to ticketing and fines, and such vehicle shall be subject to removal as provided by § 71.06.
   (B)   Any person who has been assessed tickets or fines under this section, who have not paid such tickets or fines within 30 days of issuance, shall be subject to prosecution in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state.
