§ 70.39 MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK.
   The Municipal Court Clerk of the city, or designee(s) thereof, shall serve as the Municipal Traffic School Clerk. It shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Traffic School clerk to provide any required clerical assistance to the Municipal Traffic School, and further to maintain and preserve any and all enrollee applications, course attendance records, certificates of successful completion and any and all other records relevant to the Municipal Traffic School.
