§ 70.38 FACILITIES FOR CONDUCTING MUNICIPAL TRAFFIC SCHOOL.
   The Council of the city shall provide suitable facilities to the Municipal Traffic School for purposes of conducting the course described herein. The Municipal Court Clerk shall at all times have available for distribution at City Hall, a sufficient number of applications for enrollment in the Municipal Traffic School course.
