§ 70.36 ESTABLISHMENT AND NAME.
   (A)   Established. There is now hereby created and established the Municipal Traffic School of the city, which shall be instructed by the certified members of the Police Department, and as said members are designated by the city’s Police Chief.
   (B)   Course enrollment fee. The enrollment fee for attendance of the Municipal Traffic School of the city is hereby established in the amount of $100. All Municipal Traffic School course fees collected by the City Treasurer shall be deposited into the General Fund of the city.
