§ 51.51 DEGREE OF HAZARD.
   (A)   The water purveyor recognizes the threat to the public water system arising from cross-connections and backflow conditions.
   (B)   All threats will be classified by degree of hazard which will determine the requirements for the installation of approved backflow preventer assemblies.
