§ 51.08 DUTIES OF CITY CLERK; RECORD.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall keep all such records and make all such reports as may be required by the rules and regulations of the State Public Service Commission, or which may be required by the Council, by resolution.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall make out at the beginning of each quarter all water rents and charges and place them in the hands of the City Collector and Treasurer, and keep a record thereof in a well-bound book to be known and designated as the “Water Record”.
