§ 51.02 WATER COMMITTEE; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENTS.
   The care and maintenance of the waterworks established by the city shall be entrusted to the Water Committee, which shall be made up of three members of the Council, to be appointed biannually at the organizational meeting of the Council.
