Any bond issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be found by and subject to all the covenants, agreements and provisions of the ordinance authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds to finance such off-street parking and the provisions of this subchapter shall be enforceable by the holders of such revenue bonds.
