§ 33.112 OFFICERS; CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The Council shall designate one of the members of the Parking Authority as Chairperson each year. The City Clerk is hereby designated as Treasurer of the Parking Authority.
   (B)   The Parking Authority shall adopt rules of procedure, organize and designate one of its members as Secretary. The Mayor is hereby designated as the chief administrative officer of the authority.
   (C)   Members of the authority shall receive no salary but shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
