§ 33.098 MEETINGS; QUORUM; VOTING.
   The Commission shall hold at least ten regular meetings per year which meetings shall take place at City Hall or at such other place as the President may direct. A majority of the members of the Commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. No member shall vote upon any matter or proposition in which he or she may be interested other than as a citizen. No action of the Commission shall be official unless authorized by a majority of all members of the Commission at the meeting at which any vote is taken.
