§ 33.096 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENTS, TERM AND COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS; VACANCIES.
   (A)   This Historic Landmarks Commission shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor, a majority of whom shall be residents of the city. Initially, one member shall be appointed to serve one year; one member shall be appointed to serve for two years; one member shall be appointed to serve for three years; one member shall be appointed to serve for four years; and one member shall be appointed to serve for five years. As the term of each initial appointee expires, the successor shall be appointed for a term of five years.
   (B)   Vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor for the unexpired term.
   (C)   No member of such Board shall receive any compensation for his or her services as such, but each member shall be reimbursed for any reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred in the discharge of his or her duties as a member of the Board.
