§ 33.082 SALE OF PROPERTY ON DIRECTION OF COUNCIL.
   In the event a majority of the Council shall so direct in writing and if all indebtedness of the Commission has been paid in full, the Commission shall sell, or transfer all or any of its properties and assets so directed and distribute the proceeds thereof, if any, to the city.
