   The following shall be conditional uses in the Commercial (B-l) District:
Conversion of school/church
Emergency shelter
Flea market
Gas station
Gas station, large
Hospital
Kennel
Manufacturing (light)
Night club
Parcel delivery facility
Parking lot
Parking structure
Recycling facility
Retail store/shop > 25,000 square feet
Roadside vendor stand
Sports arena
Theater, drive-in
