§ 152.082 CONDITIONAL USES IN THE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT.
   The following shall be conditional uses in the Single Family Residential (R-1) District:
 
Bed and breakfast inn I
Bed and breakfast inn II
Conversion of school/church
Dwelling, accessory
Home-based business (low impact)
Reception facility
Recreation, municipal
