§ 152.080 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT.

The purpose of the Single Family Residential (R-1) District is to preserve availability of single-family neighborhoods by discouraging multi-family dwellings and business, commercial, and industrial uses within the district.
