§ 33.058 FEES AND CHARGES FOR USE OF RECREATIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES.
   The Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners upon the recommendation of the Superintendent or Director of Recreation, shall have the authority to levy fees and charges which it deems appropriate to provide recreational services or facilities.
