§ 33.054 APPOINTMENT OF SUPERINTENDENT OR DIRECTOR OF RECREATION AND PERSONNEL.
   The Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners shall have the power to appoint a Superintendent or Director of Recreation who shall be trained and properly qualified for such work; and, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent or Director, such other personnel as may be required.
