§ 33.052 OFFICERS; BY-LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners shall organize by electing one of its members President and by installing such other officers as may be necessary. The Board shall have the power to adopt by-laws, rules and regulations for the proper conduct of public recreation for the city.
