§ 33.035 ADDITIONAL POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Planning Commission shall have such further powers and perform such further duties with respect to municipal planning and zoning as may be specified for municipal planning and zoning commissions in W.Va. Code Ch. 8A, Art. 2, and shall conform to the requirements and limitations contained in that article.
