§ 33.030 CREATED; SHORT TITLE.
   There is hereby created a municipal Planning Commission in and for the city, pursuant to the provisions of W.Va. Code § 8A-2-1. The title of the commission shall be the “Planning Commission of the City of Elkins”, and it shall be known as the Planning Commission.
