§ 33.016 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Board of Library Directors, with respect to any public library established pursuant to the provisions of the Charter § 28, subsec. (5) or W.Va. Code § 10-1-2, shall have the powers and perform the duties prescribed for municipal boards of library directors by W.Va. Code Ch. 10, Art. 1, and shall conform to the requirements and limitations of that article in all respects.
