(A) Generally.
(1) A charge for the use of the water system and the water flowing into the pipes of the property owner shall be those rates in existence at this time and as hereafter changed by regulation or ordinance of the town. Copies are available through town offices.
(2) The water service charge and charge for the water shall be billed to each customer according to the present system employed by the town and as hereafter changed by regulation or ordinance of the town and if the water bills and sewer service charges are not paid within 60 days of issuance of the bill, then the water service and water to the building shall be cut off, and further water or water services shall not be supplied to the property until the time that all delinquent water bills and sewer charges have been paid in full and an additional payment based on the schedule of fees is made for the cutting on of the water to the town.
