§ 52.03 PERMIT FOR CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall make any connection to the water system unless and until a permit therefor has been issued by the town. Permits shall be issued for connections only after the Public Works Director or designee has determined the type of connection required.
