§ 51.37 DUMPING OF BUILDING AND DEMOLITION MATERIALS.

It shall be unlawful to maintain or operate a disposal site for the burial of material resulting from building, construction, renovation or demolition; provided, however, this section shall not prohibit dumping or depositing clean fill material as set forth in § 51.34.
