(A) A zoning lot may be utilized for this use five times within any calendar year. Each occurrence of this use shall be limited to two consecutive days.
(B) Signs shall be regulated by § 71, of the Elkin Zoning Ordinance.
(C) This use requires parking as specified by § 72, of the Elkin Zoning Ordinance, in addition to the required parking provided for the principal use of the property.
(D) Written permission of the property owner that commercial yard sales use may occur on the property is required.
(E) An application for this use shall be submitted at least five business days prior to the event.
(F) A fee is required for each event and for each individual vendor on site for that event (See Schedule of Fees, Town of Elkin).
