§ 115.02 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions shall apply to this chapter as defined unless context indicates or requires a different meaning.
   INVENTORY OF GOODS. Anything of value offered for sale to the public by any person.
   ITINERANT MERCHANTS. Engaging in the business of itinerant merchant, defined as “merchant, other than a merchant with an established retail store in the county (city), who transports an inventory of goods to a building, vacant lot, or other location in a county (city) and who, at the location, displays the goods for sale and sells the goods at retail or offers the goods for sale at retail.”
   PEDDLERS. Engaging in the business of peddler, defined as “a person who travels from place to place with an inventory of goods, who sells the goods for sale at retail, and who delivers the identical goods he carries with him.”
