If any person, firm, or entity shall ignite or maintain a fire in violation of this subchapter and the Town Fire Department is called on to control or extinguish the fire or any other fire resulting therefrom, the responsible party shall be liable to the town for the applicable fire service fees and costs as well as any other costs endured by the town in bringing the fire under control and extinguishing it, and all other actual, reasonable costs incurred incidental thereto.
