§ 93.065 CONDITIONS OF BURNING PERMIT.
   (A)   No open burning for which a permit has been lawfully issued shall be allowed without a copy of the valid permit kept at the burning site.
   (B)   No open burning for which a permit has been lawfully issued shall be allowed without a competent person being present at all times until the fire is completely extinguished.
   (C)   No open burning for which a permit has been lawfully issued shall be allowed when the burning conditions violate the provisions of this subchapter, the conditions and requirements stated in the burning permit, or the directives of the Fire Chief or their designee.
   (D)   No open burning for which a permit has been lawfully issued shall be allowed without sufficient resources at the site to extinguish the fire as needed or ordered.
