When the Fire Chief or their designee determines that a violation of this chapter exists or that a building or premises is in violation of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, they shall issue a notice of violation and order to correct the violation. Such notice and order shall:
(A) State the nature of the violation.
(B) Direct the responsible party to pay applicable fees and/or civil penalties to the town.
(C) Direct the responsible parry to comply with applicable requirements.
(D) Specify a date after which re-inspection will occur, if immediate compliance is not possible.
