§ 93.028 SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
   The Fire Chief or their designee shall review construction or development site plans to ensure compliance with the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code before final site approval is granted. Plan review fees will be charged to the responsible party in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the town.
