(A) The Fire Chief or their designee may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises for the purpose of conducting any inspection or investigation which, under provisions of this chapter, they deem necessary to be made.
(B) The Fire Chief or their designee shall be permitted by the owner, lessee, manager, or operator or any building or premises to enter and inspect the building or premises at the time and for the purpose stated in this section.
