§ 93.022 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAWS AND STANDARDS.

The provisions of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, as amended periodically, are incorporated by reference in this chapter. If any provision of this chapter is in material conflict with a provision of the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, then the state code provision shall take precedence over the conflicting provision of this chapter.
