§ 30.19 NO QUORUM; MAYOR MAY SUMMON ABSENTEES.
   If a quorum of the Board of Commissioners be not present, the Mayor may summon absentees, and if a quorum fails to attend, the meeting shall stand adjourned to a time as may be agreed upon by a majority of the members present. The Mayor shall have authority to require attendance of members.
