(A) A person may not place on display any goods under the provisions of this section closer than ten feet from the front property line of the dwelling.
(B) Displays may not extend beyond the property line of the permitted dwelling.
(C) Articles for sale may be displayed inside the garage, inside the backyard and on a driveway, but only so as not to hinder emergency equipment access to any structures on the property.
(D) Nothing in this section shall be construed as preempting additional restrictions imposed by the town or the state.
