§ 94.44 EXISTING ANIMALS; TIME FRAME TO COMPLY.
   All persons, firms or corporations now keeping or maintaining any livestock within areas which become subject to the provisions of this subchapter through the extension of corporate limits, shall within three years of the effective date of the expansion of the area comply with all provisions of this subchapter.
