§ 92.09 SPECIAL AIRPORT USES.
   (A)   The Airport Manager reserves the right to prohibit or limit any given type, kind or class of aeronautical use of the airport if the action is necessary for the safe operation of the airport or necessary to serve the civil needs of the public. Operations involving unusual powered and non-powered aircraft, including gliders, balloons, parachuting and other unusual or special classes of aeronautical vehicles are specifically prohibited without prior written approval of the Airport Manager. An UNUSUAL OPERATION is defined as an operation which interferes with normal takeoff, landing, approach and maneuvering of other aircraft or any operation which creates a safety hazard to the normal operations of aircraft arriving or departing from the airport.
   (B)   Operations on the airport’s paved surfaces are limited to powered aircraft whose weights are not in excess of the published strengths of the paved surfaces concerned. Any operations by aircraft which exceed the published weight limits must first obtain the written permission of the airport owner before conducting operations on any of the airport’s paved surfaces.
   (C)   Considering the owner’s obligation to keep the airport open to the public for aeronautical purposes, the airport facilities will not be used for non-aviation events which would conflict with the airport’s aeronautical use. Other uses of airport property or facilities will be considered on a per-case basis. Use of airport property for meetings, seminars, parties, public gatherings, product demonstrations or any other unusual or non-aeronautical use must be approved in writing by the airport owner or the Airport Manager.
