§ 92.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AIRPORT. The Municipal Airport.
   AIRPORT MANAGER. The officer or representative of the town having immediate charge of the airport.
   FAA. The Federal Aviation Administration.
   NTSB. The National Transportation Safety Board.
   OWNER. The Town of Elkin.
   PERSON. An individual, partnership, firm, association or corporation.
