§ 71.40 PROHIBITING STOPPING VEHICLES ON MAIN TRAVELED PORTIONS OF STREETS.

It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to stop on main traveled portion of any street within the town limits for the purpose of an occupant or operator of the vehicle speaking to or entering into conversation with the driver or occupant of any other vehicle.
