§ 71.18 HEAVY EQUIPMENT; TIRES AND THE LIKE CAUSING DAMAGE TO STREETS.

Pursuant to G.S. § 160A-296, it shall be unlawful for tractors, motor graders, vehicles or heavy equipment of any kind which have metal tracks, metal lugs, metal cleats or metal tires to be operated on paved streets or paved municipally operated parking lots in the town.
