§ 50.04 ASSET TRANSFER AND LIABILITY PAYMENT.
   The Director of the Solid Waste Management District, on behalf of the county, is hereby directed to oversee the transfer of assets from the Solid Waste Management District to the county and the payment of any liabilities incurred by the Solid Waste Management District pursuant to I.C. 13-21-15-1.
