§ 50.03 FEE COLLECTION OVERSIGHT.

The Director of the former Solid Waste Management District, on behalf of the county, is hereby directed to oversee the collection of any fees previously collected by the Solid Waste Management District pursuant to I.C. 13-21-15-4.
