Whenever an onsite visit is made of a private water well construction, the findings shall be recorded on the report form approved by the Health Officer. The report form shall summarize the requirements of this chapter and shall set forth a cumulative total of all violations. Onsite visit remarks shall be written to reference the corrections to be made and a reasonable period of time for the correction of the violations found. A copy of the completed report form shall be presented at the time of the onsite visit. The complete report form constitutes an official notice of onsite visit findings and an order of the Health Officer to correct all violations found. Corrections of all violations shall be accomplished within the time period specified.
