(A) All decisions of the Plat Committee or staff may be appealed to the Plan Commission at the next available regularly scheduled Plan Commission meeting.
(B) All appeals shall be filed within ten days of mailing of the findings to allow for proper publication of the appeal. All appeals must be in writing and must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
(C) All decisions of the Plan Commission may be appealed in accordance with I.C. 36-7-4-708.
