After the completion of the technical review process, the Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing for primary approval at their next scheduled meeting as required in the rules of procedure of the Plan Commission. Once the Plan Commission staff has given notice of the public hearing, changes, additions or modifications to the proposal may not be made without referring all additions, modifications or changes to the Technical Review Committee for review.
