Vector Abatement Administrator. A person who interferes with the exercise of the responsibilities of the Vector Abatement Administrator or the Administrator’s authorized representatives, or who violates any part of § 31.086, commits an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, may be fined not more than $200. Each day a violation of this section continues constitutes a separate ordinance violation.
