(A) Erosion and sediment control measures for the development of the subdivision shall comply with §§ 154.001 through 154.012 and shall be approved as to design and specifications by the County Soil and Water Conservation Department and the County Department of Storm Water Management.
(B) This design must be submitted before secondary approval and must be approved prior to any movement of soil on the site.
