§ 157.026 CONFORMANCE.

(A) Other regulations. In addition to these regulations and others included by reference, all subdivision plats shall comply with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, when applicable.

(B) Comprehensive Plan. Subdivision plats shall also consider the Comprehensive Plan, including all components or elements of the Plan, to the extent applicable to the proposal.
